Information Retention
If you have registered and subscribed to our newsletter/updates/marketing emails then you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe button at the bottom or any of our emails or you can contact us by emailing info@thebridgingtree.com with “Unsubscribe” in the subject line and ask to be taken off of our email list. The information you provide to us will be retained by us until such time we decide we no longer need it, or until you request to unsubscribe from our services.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
