Snake Priestess is a Minoan Mother Goddess. A snake Goddess who has deep wisdom and a Goddess of fertility, the underworld, transformation, rebirth and creativity. She is also a protector of the home.
She will help you let go of things that no longer serve you. To help you shed away your old skin and be reborn a new. Letting go and making way for the new to come, cycles of life, cycles of change. Transforming and growing into the person you are today. Ever changing and learning through the spiral of life.
Look within to your inner wisdom and this is where you will find the Snake Priestess/Goddess. She is your deepest wisdom, your intuition. She will help you face your fears and become your true self. You are a Goddess, a creator and she will help you realize this. She will help you know yourself and to express your true self. To live the life you want and to create it.

Meditation to connect with Snake Priestess
Laying or sitting down, take three deep breaths, relaxing your whole body. Hold your intention in connecting to the Snake Priestess. You could say this in your head three times, ‘My intention is to connect with the Snake Priestess.’
Imagine you are standing in front of a big Oak Tree. There is an opening in it and you walk into the tree. It is dark but you know there is a path leading down deep into the earth inside this tree. You take the path and you slowly descent down, spiraling around and around, deeper and deeper. After a while you come to a big underground room. It is some kind of temple. You look around. What do you see? Then a you hear a voice. ‘I am the Snake Priestess. Welcome dear child.’ You turn around and there she is. She is magnificent. Your greet her and thank her for connecting. She says ‘What do you wish to know dear one?’ and you ask her your questions or if you have none, then ask her for a message for you or both.
Once you have spent time with the Snake Priestess, you thank her again for connecting and she gives you a gift. Then she leaves. When you are ready to leave, take three deep breaths and come back to the room.
Write down your experience. What was she like? What was her message? Did she answer your questions? What was the gift she gave you? What was in the temple room?
How to connect with Snake priestess
Meditation/Drum Journey
Using the meditation above or one you have found that you are drawn to, you can connect with Snake Priestess. You can also do a drum journey by drumming for yourself or finding a drumming journey cd/mp3. Close your eyes, relax and while drumming or listening to the drum imagine you are at an Oak Tree. You step inside the Oak Tree and set your intention to meet with her. Start to go down into the Earth through an opening at the back of the tree. Going round and round, deeper and deeper, faster and faster until you come to you lower world. Once you are there you will meet the Goddess. This is a journey, so will take you where it is supposed to go and you just need to relax and go with the flow. Once you have finished meeting her, come back the way you came and return to the Oak Tree. Write down your experience.
Learning about the Snake
Research the Snake, what types there are, what they do, how they live etc. By researching them you can learn a lot from them and incorporate it in your life. You can even sit and watch one to see how they move and what they do. This will help with connecting to the Snake Priestess.
Shadow Work
If you are interested in shadow work and feel ready, then connecting with the Snake Priestess may help you with this. There are different methods on how to shadow work, which I will not go into here as it requires quite a bit of explaining and understanding and sometimes help, especially if its your first time. But if you wish to start this, then research about shadow work first and then try to connect with Inanna through meditation or journey to help you.
