Meditation to connect with Shekinah
Laying or sitting down, take three deep breaths, relaxing your whole body. Hold your intention in connecting to the Shekinah. You could say this in your head three times, ‘My intention is to connect with Shekinah.’
Imagine you are in a beautiful garden. It is big with lots of different flowers and trees. There are water fountains and different paths throughout. You see a path directly in front of you and you start to walk it. It takes you into another part of the garden and there is a big white temple. You know this is where you will find Shekinah. You go towards the temple and at the top of the stairs in an Angel. The Angel says ‘Welcome dear one. Come with me.’ You go up the stairs and follow the Angel into the temple. The Angel takes you through the temple to a big hall and says ‘This is where you will find Shekinah.’ and leaves you there. You look around and you notice there is a presence there, feeling the energy. You ask Shekinah if she is there and she answers you. Continue your conversation with her. Asking your questions and asking for a message if you wish.
After some time Shekinah says goodbye and tells you that she is always here for you and to just call on her and trust her. You thank her for connecting. When you are ready, take three deep breaths and come back to the room.
Write down your experience. What was she like? Did she appear before you? What did she look like? What was her message? Did she answer your questions? What was in the temple like? What was the garden like?
